What payment methods and terms do you accept?

We accept bank wire transfer (T/T), PayPal, and major credit cards. Standard terms require a 50% deposit to begin production, with the remaining balance due before shipping. Escrow services are available for high-value international orders.

Do you offer financing options?

Yes. We work with third-party financing partners to provide flexible payment plans based on your budget and credit profile. Contact our sales team to learn more about available options.

🎨 Design & Customization

Can the kitchen layout and exterior design be fully customized?

Absolutely. Every trailer we build is fully customizable — dimensions, interior floor plan, service window placement, equipment positions, and exterior branding (vinyl wrap or custom paint). Your trailer is built around your menu and workflow, not the other way around.

What commercial kitchen equipment can you install?

We supply and install a full range of commercial-grade appliances including refrigeration units, deep fryers, flat-top grills, commercial ovens, espresso machines, and custom hood ventilation systems. All equipment is integrated to maximize workspace efficiency and safety.

What materials are used in construction?

  • Interior: Food-safe stainless steel walls and counters
  • Exterior: Corrosion-resistant reinforced aluminum or fiberglass shell
  • Insulation: High-density thermal insulation for all-climate operation

Can the trailer run off-grid or on solar power?

Yes. For festivals or remote locations without electrical hookups, we can install solar panel systems or integrated silent commercial generators. Electrical panels are customized to match the exact voltage and wattage your equipment requires.

What is the expected lifespan of a custom food trailer?

With routine maintenance, our trailers are engineered to last 10 to 15+ years. We apply specialized anti-corrosion and rust-preventative coatings to the chassis and all metal components.

🚢 Shipping & International Delivery

How do you ship food trailers internationally?

We ship worldwide via ocean freight. Standard trailers are loaded into 20GP or 40HC containers with industrial straps and wheel chocks. Oversized models are shipped via flat-rack or Ro-Ro (Roll-on/Roll-off) vessels.

What is the total delivery timeline for an international order?

  • Production & Customization: 6–8 weeks
  • Ocean Transit & Customs: 4–8 weeks depending on destination
  • Total: Approximately 10–16 weeks from contract signing

What documentation is provided for customs clearance?

We provide a complete import document package: Bill of Lading (B/L), Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, and applicable safety compliance certificates (CE, DOT chassis documentation where required).

✅ Health, Safety & Compliance

What certifications do your food trailers meet?

Our trailers can be built to comply with CE certification (Europe), UL/NSF standards (North America), and ISO quality protocols — covering electrical, structural, and food safety requirements for your target market.

How does the plumbing system meet health department requirements?

Our plumbing systems feature fully separated fresh and grey water tanks, commercial water heaters, a 3-compartment sink plus dedicated handwashing sink, and food-grade piping — designed to meet standard health department codes globally.

What fire safety systems are built in?

Every trailer includes commercial exhaust hoods with grease baffles, fire-resistant wall shielding around high-heat cooking zones, and automated fire suppression systems for fryers and open grills. Space is allocated for Class K and ABC fire extinguishers.

How is electrical safety managed?

All trailers are wired by certified technicians with a dedicated breaker panel, overload protection, heavy-duty commercial-grade wiring, and GFCI outlets in all wet areas to prevent electrical shock hazards.
